As of today May 11 2020, I am removing all content from this site. Year after year, I have given Deviant Art a chance only to run into a brick wall. I can't remove certain "permanent" folders that impede visibility and customization. I can't even upload a simple image into a folder without some roadblock telling me to "add deviations" from another existing folder. It doesn't even give me a simple "Browse" option when I want to upload an image and then it asks if I want to convert a folder into a portfolio. Huh? Then it sends me to WIX to agree to some terms? What?

Then I contact admin and they offer zero feedback or support. All I got was, "Thank you I will ensure this feedback gets to the design team right away" from some "moonbeam13"

DA used to be an easy-to-use (albeit somewhat rinky dink) site to post artwork on. It was once even the place to go to to share artwork. But it has become one of the most non-user friendly websites I have ever come across and still remained rinky dink. Bloody hell, the term "deviant" has a completely different meaning than that of the term "deviation". The connotations have nothing to do with each other! Maybe one day, this server will get purchased by someone who can actually use its potential for something. Until then, Artstation is king.
